About GMP Tubolos: The Tubolo is our most versatile drum yet. It is a tube-shaped drum standing around 24" (60cm) tall with a wide base, allowing for stability when being played by hand or with a mallet.
All Tubolo models have the GMP AIR drum system that allows the bass to project when the drum is sitting flat on the floor. The patented bass port enhancement system allows for a beautiful conga sound with the vinyl Napa soft-touch head.
This drum can be played sitting or standing, making it great for schools, music therapy, hospitals, and seniors programs.
